2. Using our website
- You must be 18 years or older, or use the site with a parent or guardian’s permission.
- You agree to give correct and complete information (name, phone number, address) when you order.
- You must not misuse the site, attempt to hack it, copy its content, or place false or fake orders.
3. Products and descriptions
- We try to show our products, colours and sizes as accurately as possible. Photos are for illustration, and slight differences in colour or packaging may occur because of screen settings or updates.
- Please check the size and specifications on the product page, for example whether the air fryer liners fit your basket, before ordering.
- We may change, update or discontinue products at any time without notice.
- Products must be used as described on the pack and product page. We are not responsible for damage or injury caused by misuse.
4. Prices and payment
- All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Delivery charges, if any, are shown at checkout.
- We may change prices at any time, but the price you see when you order is the price you pay.
- Payment method: Cash on Delivery (COD). Other methods such as bank transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa may be offered. Please pay the courier the exact amount shown on your order.
- If a price is shown incorrectly because of a clear error, we may cancel the order and contact you.
5. Placing and confirming orders
- Placing an order is an offer to buy. We accept it only when we confirm it, usually by WhatsApp, SMS or phone call.
- We may ask you to confirm your order before we dispatch it. Orders that cannot be confirmed may be cancelled.
- We may cancel or refuse any order, for example for stock issues, wrong or incomplete address, suspected fraud or pricing errors. If you have already paid, we will refund you.
6. Delivery
- We deliver across Pakistan through courier partners. Estimated delivery time is 3-5 working days. These are estimates, and delays can happen because of weather, strikes, holidays or courier issues.
- Please give a complete, correct address and a phone number that you will answer. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by wrong details.
- Risk of loss passes to you once the parcel is delivered to your address.

7. Returns, exchanges and refunds
Returns, exchanges and refunds are governed by our Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these terms.
8. Promotions and discounts
- Offers, bundles, free-delivery deals and discount codes are valid for the period stated and while stock lasts.
- We may withdraw or change any offer at any time. Offers cannot be combined unless we say so.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website, including the KitchEase name, logo, images, text and designs, belongs to us or is used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
10. Customer reviews and content
If you post a review or send us photos or videos, you confirm that it is truthful and that you have the right to share it. You give us permission to use it on our website and social media. We may remove content that is abusive, false or inappropriate.
11. Privacy
We collect your name, phone number, address and order details only to process and deliver your order and to contact you about it. We share this only with courier and service partners who need it to fulfil your order. We do not sell your personal data. Please see our Privacy Policy for details.
12. Limitation of liability
- We provide our products and website “as is” to the extent allowed by law.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
- Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
- Nothing in these terms removes your rights under applicable consumer-protection laws in Pakistan.
13. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as natural disasters, strikes, road closures, courier disruption, government restrictions, power or internet failures.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version. By continuing to use our website after changes, you accept the updated terms.
